NNEW Port Harcourt
So yesterday, I was again reminded of the importance of being "visible" on social media... And that's why you're seeing this post from me. I will do my best to keep up! Truth is, the daily routines of life - business/work, family, religious activities, amongst other duties - can just be so overwhelming, that you can't seem to find any spare time on your hands to do what you really need to be doing. So, on days like this, when all goes as planned, one gets a sense of fulfilment that all planned tasks were successfully achieved in spite of the odds. I was particularly impressed at the prompt and friendly service I got from a Govt department that I visited today... Everyone's going Electronic! .. And I had a yet another very productive meeting with my Wonderful NNEW Port Harcourt Exco Members.. nothing beats #teamspirit , dedication and selfless service! You all rock Toyin Odobo Hetty Okoya Kemi Levi Njideka Theresa Nwana Ebisi Nma Iheme. ...

As an entrepreneur, it’s important to provide good products or services to your customers. Part of that includes making sure they are happy and satisfied with what you provide to them. However, there will be times when you simply don’t see eye to eye with your clients. It can be difficult to hold your tongue or turn the other cheek in those situations. Fortunately, there are ways to keep your cool when tempers heat up. Take a Step Back This lesson is a good one no matter what your age. If you don’t see eye to eye with a customer, take a step back. This is one of the best things you can do. It might prevent you from saying something you’ll regret later. It could even keep you from dropping a good client. Tell your customer you need to think about the best way to handle the situation to their satisfaction. Then tell them you will call them back later or meet again in a day or two. That lets them know both they and their concerns are important to you. At the same time, it ...
